Wendy Luck
Executive Director
Wendy comes to New Mexico Street Pet Project with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and holds a master’s degree in Crisis and Emergency Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She previously served the citizens of New Mexico as the State Coordinator for the Medical Reserve Corps, and the Vice President of Education with Emergency Services Outreach. Wendy also served as an AmeriCorps Lead Member in Wyoming at Life Steps Campus, providing transitional housing and workforce readiness training to unhoused families. Wendy calls her New Mexico home in Enchanted Hills, Rio Rancho a tiny “urban farm”, with an ever growing furry and feathered family of four (4) dogs, six (6) chickens and one (1) cat. She is proud to now be a member of the New Mexico Street Pet Project team, helping pets and their people.
